Message Yes, pads wear down. And AFAIK stock rear discs are intended to be replaced at or before 16mm ..which is the limit we're asking the calipers to start with on the G37 discs ..which will then get down to 15mm, 14mm, or less.

Sounds like you're saying it's fine.

In all the posts I've read on these brackets, no one ever said anything about the thinner G37 discs (if they even realized they were thinner at the time). They all seemed to be grateful for this new option for rear discs.

If using these brackets with a stock Z32 rear caliper and a stock G37 330x16mm disc is a BAD idea, someone please speak up.

So far I'm getting conflicting information and terse one-word replies. :)
